Exclude Characters Option

When generating random characters, developers should have the option to exclude characters that are hard to distinguish from each other, such as:

Text-generation has been encapsulated in the AutoInputProtectionTextProvider class and its derived types. When using the new RandomCharacterAutoInputProtectionTextProvider, which provides the same functionality that was used in Beta 1, you can now specify characters that should be excluded. To override the default list use the excludedCharacters attribute and specify a string. The default value is "OoIiBQJj871lSs".
